positioningLab
A full-service LinkedIn presence platform built from scratch: order a Presence Kit, review it in a live profile simulator, and download your assets.
positioningLab is a service-based SaaS for LinkedIn professionals who want their profile to work harder. Clients order a Presence Kit with their LinkedIn URL and a brief. From there the platform manages everything: admin approval, staff assignment, copy and Profile Visuals work, a revision cycle tied to the client's plan, and a profile simulator that shows exactly how the rewritten profile will look before they approve it. When they're done, their Content Templates, Content Prompts, and Rollout Checklist are ready to download. This was an internally built product, taken from zero to a functioning multi-role platform by Axtiq across strategy, brand, UX, and a full-stack build.
Process Snapshot
Three users, one workflow: mapping a platform no one had built before
We started with a simple question: what does each person in this loop actually need? The client needs a trustworthy order experience and a live simulator preview of the rewritten profile before they approve it. Staff need structured briefs and a clean handoff interface for delivering Presence Kits. Admins need full platform oversight. Those three roles became the architecture. Every screen decision that followed traced back to that mapping.
A professional tool with personality
positioningLab operates in a space LinkedIn already owns visually. The brand needed to stand apart: warm, confident, and built for professionals who take their positioning seriously. The identity centres on a bold yellow that reads as ambition without being aggressive, paired with deep navy for authority. Typography and spacing were set up as a system from day one so every surface, client portal, staff workspace, and admin panel, shared a coherent visual language.
A live profile simulator that turns delivery into a clear before-and-after decision
The client experience centers on confidence, not guesswork. Instead of receiving static copy in a document, users review their rewritten profile inside a live simulator that mirrors how sections read in context. That changed approvals from abstract feedback to specific, high-signal decisions and reduced friction in the revision loop.

I build demand engines for ambitious founders — product-led, community-first.
Every profile rewritten by a human strategist, reviewed in the live simulator before delivery.
Three roles, one codebase, no shared screens
The client portal, staff workspace, and admin panel all live in the same Next.js and Supabase codebase but surface entirely different interfaces depending on who is logged in. Clients move through a structured order flow: submit, wait, review in the profile simulator, request revisions up to their plan limit, and approve. Staff see a brief queue and clean delivery interface. Admins get full platform oversight with order state, revision counters, and a download gate that only unlocks after final client approval.
